You will need:

     
printed bookmark
hole punch
scissors
ribbon or yarn (for tassel)
    
Directions:
    
First you need to print out the bookmark above.  Click on FILE (on the top left hand corner of your screen), then click on PRINT.
After you finish printing, carefully cut out the bookmark with scissors. (Note:  To make your bookmark stronger, cut it out, then glue it onto cardboard or construction paper.)
Using a hole punch, punch out the circle at the top of the bookmark.
To make the tassel:  Cut a few pieces of yarn or ribbon, and attach to the bookmark by looping it through the hole you made.  Tie the yarn into a knot to secure in place.
